Certificate in Aluminum Fabrication

Aluminum Fabrication is the widely known occupation of the construction sector. The advancement and development of technology has upgraded the functions and processes involved in the job of an Aluminum Fabricator. The main tasks of aluminum fabricator is to fabricate and install Doors, Window Show Cases, Ladders, cladders, Ceilings, Interior Partitions and Shop Fronts using Aluminum extrusion.

Primary Responsibilities

       ·         Read drawings or work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures

       ·         Prepare general drawing, understanding of sketches and define the location.

       ·         Operate light metalworking tools, in order to cut, bend, drill, shape or straighten aluminum panels

       ·         Measure door frame, door panel, window frame, window panel, Partition, glass/board, curtain wall, cladding sheets etc.

       ·         Perform cutting of material as per measurement

       ·      Prepare casement window frame and panel, open able windows, fix windows, double panel sliding windows and its panel, multi panel sliding

            window,  sliding window panel with fly mesh.

       ·         Installation of Composite Aluminum Wall panels, Composite Aluminum Wall finishes, aluminum framing and similar

       ·      Prepare casement window frame and panel, open able windows, fix windows, double panel sliding windows and its panel, multi panel sliding                            window, sliding window panel with fly mesh.

·         Adopt and comply with the ethical values.

·         Inspect product quality and installation to ensure conformance to specifications

·         Other duties as required.
